We love to party, so why not throw a bash to celebrate the official kickoff of Oktoberfest in Germany along with the release of some awesome beers! We are closing down the street and will have German themed trivia, German themed food, Live music (7-10pm) and of course the release of our 2024 Oktoberfest beers (Märzen & FestBier)!

2:00pm - The start of Oktoberfest in Hopkins, MN

2:30pm - First stein holding contest

3:00pm - First stein race begins

3:00pm - First round of German Trivia starts

4:30pm - Second stein holding contest

5:00pm - Second stein race starts

6:00PM - Best Dressed Contest

Live Music - Doctor Kielbasa (7:00pm - 10:00pm)

 

With 23 years of playing amazing polka music, Doctor Kielbasa is a true polka dynasty in Minnesota and the upper Midwest. The members of the band currently live in northern Minnesota and around the Twin Cities metro area. While it may seem like Doctor Kielbasa is a person in the band, the members of Doctor Kielbasa like to think of the group as bigger than any one person, it really is a collaborative effort. One of their fans described it best: “Doctor Kielbasa is the collective musical energy of a veteran group of Minnesota musicians. They are the best.”

Glassware

In an attempt to cut down on waste, we are strongly encouraging the use of LTD branded glassware at the event! 

  • 20 oz LTD Branded glass Steins will be available for $8 day of the party (Otherwise beer is served in a 16oz disposable glass) - good for any Future LTD OKtoberfest party
  • S.I.P. Club Members bring your own glassware (any year - not just current year)
  • LTD Branded BOOTs are also accepted! 
  • if you purchased a stein at any of the past LTD Oktoberfest celebrations, please bring them!
  • BYO LTD Branded Pint glasses 
  • Note: we cannot accept non-branded LTD glassware/steins as we will not be able to measure the quantity of beer going into a glass
